About Lisa

Lisa is a licensed clinical social worker and a NJ certified special education teacher. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Masters in Social Work. Her clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings including private practice, community mental health, and inpatient psychiatric facilities for both adolescents and adults. Lisa is currently the Mental Health Coordinator at the adult Cystic Fibrosis center in Morristown. Her passion lies in supporting patients with chronic illness and/or chronic pain by utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). Lisa has also worked extensively with adolescents and young adults, especially those with high-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Lisa's solution-focused methodology helps patients focus on learning practical strategies and coping skills that they can use to improve their daily lives. At Integrative Therapy Solutions, Lisa strives toward making sure each client feels safe and supported.

Lisa is the mother of two young children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, music and spending time with family and friends.
